ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and pursuant to the joint stipulation of facts, joint proposed conclusions of law and joint recommended discipline filed by the parties herein; and
The Court finds that Respondent violated Rules 4-8.4(a) and 4-8.4(b) and should be disciplined.
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Thomas E. Gackle, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this State and no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of six months from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that the Respondent, Thomas E. Gackle, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
