ORDER FOR INTERIM SUSPENSION AND APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE

On this date, an information for interim suspension and appointment of trustee in the alternative under Rules 5.23(b) and 5.24 was filed. After reviewing the information this Court finds there is probable cause to believe that the Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct or is unable to competently represent the interests of his clients and finds there is evidence that Respondent poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public. It is hereby ordered, pursuant to Rule 5.24, that Respondent is suspended on an interim basis from the practice of law until further order of this Court.

The Court appoints Richard Whiffen, as trustee.  The trustee shall perform the duties and responsibilities as set out in Rule 5.26.
