In re: Dale E. Lovelace, MBE No. 39123


ORDER


WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an Information and motion for final discipline informing the Court that Respondent, Dale E. Lovelace, has been convicted of one count of the class A misdemeanor of willful failure to pay income tax in violation of 26 U.S.C. Section 7203, in the case of United States of America v. Lovelace, 05-00332-01-CR-2-W-SWH in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Court having considered the said Information; and

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Dale E. Lovelace, be, and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of two years from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Dale E. Lovelace comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
