In re: Todd A. McGraw, MBE No. 49806


ORDER


WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an Information pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) informing the Court that Respondent, Todd A. McGraw, has been convicted of the class C felony of possession of a controlled substance in the Circuit Court of Jackson County; and

The Court, having considered said information, finds that Respondent has violated Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Todd A. McGraw, be, and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law and no petition for reinstatement shall be entertained for a period of one year from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Todd A. McGraw, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
