In Re: Dennis F. Nalick, MBE #23378
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information for show cause order and motion for discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Dennis F. Nalick, had been suspended from the practice of law in the State of Illinois pursuant to the order of the Illinois Supreme Court in Case No. M.R. 19294, entitled In Re: Dennis F. Nalick issued on May 17, 2004; and
Said discipline was the result of violations of the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct, said conduct being a violation of Rules 4-1.2(d), 4-1.3, 4-1.4(a), 4-3.3(a)(1), 4-3.3(a)(2), 4-3.3(a)(4), 4-8.4(c) and 4-8.4(d) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct; and
On March 6, 2006, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent did not file a response to the same;
The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Dennis F. Nalick, is suspended from the practice of law in this state and that no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by the Court for a period of one year from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that the Respondent, Dennis F. Nalick, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
