In Re: Deborah A. Neal, MBE #33367
ORDER
Petitioner, Deborah A. Neal, having filed in this Court a motion to voluntarily surrender her license to practice law in this state together with having tendered her license to practice law to the Clerk of this Court; and
Petitioner having pled guilty to the felony of defrauding citizens of an intangible right to honest judicial service in violation of 18 U.S.C. 1341 and 1346;
The Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation which advised that Petitioner has engaged in conduct which violated Rules 4-8.4(b), 4-8.4(c) and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and
The Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of Deborah A. Neal be accepted and that said license be canceled.
It is further ordered that the name of Deborah A. Neal be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that she be disbarred, and that her right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated.
It is further ordered that the said Deborah A. Neal comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
