ORDER


Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and the Court having considered the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and  the stipulation of the parties filed herein, this Court does find that Respondent has violated Rules 4-1.15(a) and 4-8.4(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that Respondent, Del F. Phillips, is hereby suspended indefinitely from the practice of law in this state and no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of six months from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that the Respondent, Del F. Phillips, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
