Note: Thomas D. Watkins's probation terminated April 14, 2008, by order of the Court.


ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, the parties having briefed and argued said cause;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated Rule 4-8.4 (c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, Therefore, it is hereby ordered that Respondent, Thomas D. Watkins, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state for one year and that said suspension is hereby stayed pursuant to Rule 5.225 and Respondent is placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order. The terms of probation are set forth on pages 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel filed herein.  Respondent shall comply in all respects with the conditions contained in said decision.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
