In re: Bruce H. Truesdale, MBE No. 29030

ORDER


WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an Information and motion for interim suspension informing the Court that Respondent,  Bruce H. Truesdale, has been convicted of two felonies for violating 18 U.S.C. Section 2252(a)(4), 18 U.S.C. Section 2252(a)(1) and  18 U.S.C. Section 2252(b)(1) and the Court having considered the said Information; and

An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) having been issued by this Court on May 5, 2006, and Respondent having failed to file a response thereto;

It is ordered that Respondent, Bruce H. Truesdale, be, and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such convictions or misconduct that resulted in said convictions.

It is further ordered that Respondent immediately advise this Court when disposition of the appeal shall have become final.

It is further ordered that Bruce H. Truesdale, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
