ORDER OF INTERIM SUSPENSION AND APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE

Now on this 12th day of June, 2006, this Court having reviewed the Information for interim suspension and appointment of trustee filed by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel pursuant to Rule 5.24;

The Court finds that Respondent is unable to competently represent the interests of her clients and it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended on an interim basis from the practice of law.

The Court further finds that a trustee should be appointed and Ms. Betty Pace is hereby appointed as trustee. The trustee shall perform the duties and powers set forth in Rule 5.26.
