ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel and Respondent, Danise K. Sowles, have filed a joint motion to submit by stipulation which was ordered treated as a stipulation of concurrence pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), informing the Court pursuant to the stipulated findings of fact and conclusions of law and disposition filed by the parties herein that Danise K. Sowles has admitted violation of Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-3.2, 4-3.5(c), 4-1.16 (d), 4-8.4(d), 4-8.1(b) and 4-5.5(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct, and the Court having considered said stipulation and recommended discipline;
The Court does find that the Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct as set forth above and should be disciplined;
Now, Therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Danise K. Sowles be and she is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this State and that no petition for reinstatement shall be considered for a period of three years from the date of this order and that Respondent shall comply with the terms of the stipulation regarding prerequisites for filing a petition for reinstatement and that Respondent’s compliance with said prerequisites must meet the approval of the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
It is further ordered that Respondent, Danise K. Sowles, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
