In re:  Susan Wintermute Sinclair, MBE # 46132

ORDER

Informant having filed an information and motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) advising the Court that Respondent had been found guilty of the felony of conspiracy to make a false statement in violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 371 with reference to 18 U.S.C. Section 1001 and the felony of false statement in violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 1001 and 2 in the case of United States of America v. Wintermute, case number 03-03125-02-CR-S-SOW in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri; and

This Court having issued a show cause order on May 26, 2006, requiring Respondent to show cause why she should not be disbarred;

Respondent having filed a response to said show cause order on June 14, 2006;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct for violation of Rule 4-8.4 (b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Susan Wintermute Sinclair be, and she is hereby disbarred, that her right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is cancelled and that her name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Susan Wintermute Sinclair comply in all respects with 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
