ORDER

Now this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, Rebecca R. Dennis, Missouri Bar Number 34853, violated Rules 4-8.4(c), 4-8.4(d) and 4-8.4(e) by engaging in conduct involving dishonesty or deceit, engaging in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice, and stating an ability to influence improperly a governmental agency.

In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, Respondent in hereby reprimanded pursuant to the stipulation and for the reasons set forth therein.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
