ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel Decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, Sherri L. Respondent further failed to confirm the accuracy of facts Respondent submitted to the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel in conjunction with its disciplinary investigation in violation of Rule 4-1.3.

In accordance with previous disciplinary decisions of this Court, the Court hereby suspends the license of Sherri L. Harris with no petition for reinstatement to be entertained for a period of one year, with said suspension stayed and Respondent placed on probation for a period of one year from the date of this order in accordance with Rule 5.225 and the suggested terms of probation contained in Exhibit A of the joint stipulation filed herein.
