ORDER
Now this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, Susan Dill, Missouri Bar Number 33279, violated Rules 4-1.15(a), 4-1.15(d), and 4-1.15(c) by failing to keep the client’s funds separate from her own, failing to promptly deliver client funds, in representing the client on a contingency fee basis without a written contingency fee agreement, and failing to provide the client with a written settlement statement upon the conclusion of the matter.
In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, Respondent is hereby reprimanded pursuant to the stipulation and for the reasons set forth therein.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
