Reinstated with Probation by Court order dated 10-04-10
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and this cause having been fully briefed and argued by the parties, the Court does find that Respondent violated rules 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4 and 4-1.16 of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined; and
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Aurora Mozelle Fluhr, is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of six months from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that Aurora Mozelle Flurh, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
Fee of $1,000.00 pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) assessed against Respondent payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
It is further ordered that if Respondent, Aurora Mozelle Fluhr, seeks reinstatement and the chief disciplinary counsel fails to file a motion to respond to the application for reinstatement as provided in Rule 5.28(h)(2), Respondent, Aurora Mozelle Fluhr, nevertheless shall be reinstated on probation for a period of two years from the date of reinstatement. The terms of probation shall be that Respondent, Aurora Mozelle Fluhr, comply with all requirements of Rules 4, 6, and 15. If the chief disciplinary counsel does file a response to the application for reinstatement, there will be no presumption that probation shall be granted.
