In re: George Richard Fox, MBE No. 20120
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information informing the Court that Respondent, George Richard Fox, has pleaded guilty to one felony count of violation of Title 18 U.S.C. sections 2252(a)(5)(B) in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in Case No.#4:09-cr-00500-JCH entitled United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. George Richard Fox, Defendant, and the Court having considered the said information; and
An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) having been issued by this Court and Respondent having failed to file a response thereto;
It is ordered that Respondent, George Richard Fox, be, and he is hereby, suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such conviction or misconduct that resulted in said conviction.
It is further ordered that Respondent, George Richard Fox, immediately advise this Court when disposition of any appeal shall have become final.
It is further ordered that Respondent, George Richard Fox, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
