In re: Mitchell B. Stoddard, MBE No. 38311
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, Mitchell B. Stoddard, Missouri Bar Number 38311, violated Rule 4-1.7 by failing to consider or recommend an appropriate course of action in his client’s best interests when said interests conflicted with his own interests.
In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, it is ordered that Respondent is hereby reprimanded.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
