In re: Terence W. Niehoff, MBE No. 36151

ORDER

Now at this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, Terence W. Niehoff, Missouri Bar Number 36151, violated Rules 4-1.4(a) and 4-1.3 by failing to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter and promptly complying with reasonable requests for information and by failing to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client.

In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, it is ordered that Respondent is hereby reprimanded.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
