In re: Gerald Michael Dunne, MBE #29150
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, Gerald Michael Dunne, Missouri Bar Number 29150, violated Rule 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct by engaging in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice.
In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, it is ordered that Respondent be suspended from the practice of law in this State and no application for reinstatement shall be entertained for a period of six (6) months from the date of this order.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
