In re: Larry Michael Bauer, MBE No. 28835

ORDER

WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information informing the Court that Respondent, Larry Michael Bauer, has pleaded guilty to four felony counts of violation of Title 18 U.S.C. section 2252A(a)(5)(B) in United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in Case No.4:09CR549CAS entitled United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Larry Bauer, Defendant, and the Court having considered the said information; and

An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) having been issued by this Court and Respondent having failed to file a response thereto;

It is ordered that Respondent, Larry Michael Bauer, be, and he is hereby, suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such conviction or misconduct that resulted in said conviction.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Larry Michael Bauer, immediately advise this Court when disposition of any appeal shall have become final.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Larry Michael Bauer, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
