In re: Stephen A. Levin

ORDER

It appearing to the Court that Stephen A. Levin was found guilty in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County of two class C felony counts of forgery and one class B felony count of stealing by deceit in St. Louis County Circuit Court Case No. 04CR005227 and one count of the class C felony of forgery in St. Louis County Circuit Court Case No. 05CR-003614; and

It further appearing to the Court that the said Stephen A. Levin was suspended from the practice of law on an interim basis by order of this Court entered July 23, 2004, in Supreme Court Case No. SC86131;

The aforesaid judgments of conviction now being final and the Chief Disciplinary Counsel having moved the Court for an order effecting permanent discipline of said Stephen A. Levin and praying that the same be administered without the requirement of any other proceeding pursuant to Rule 5.21(c); and

It appearing Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined.

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Stephen A. Levin be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Stephen A. Levin. comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
