In re: David R. Buie, MBE No. 44867


ORDER



WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information informing the Court that Respondent, David R. Buie, pled guilty to a felony in violation of 18 USC § 2252(a)(4) in United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. David R. Buie, Defendant, in case no. 10-00090-01-CR-W-HFS in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Court having considered the said information; and

An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) having been issued by this Court and Respondent having failed to file a response to the same;

It is ordered that Respondent, David R Buie, be, and he is hereby, suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such conviction or misconduct that resulted in said conviction.

It is further ordered that Respondent, David R. Buie, immediately advise this Court when disposition of any appeal shall have become final.

It is further ordered that Respondent, David R. Buie, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
