In re: Donald Ray Wilkinson

 

ORDER

 

Now at this day, Informant having filed the complete record of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and Informant’s brief and Respondent having failed to file a brief; and

 

Informant having filed a motion to submit without further process herein and said cause ordered submitted on brief by the Court on November 16, 2006;

 

The Court finds that Respondent has violated Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4(a), 4-1.16(d), 4-3.2, 4-8.1(b), 4-8.4(c) and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

 

Now, Therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Donald R. Wilkinson, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state and no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of six months from the date of this order.

 

It is further ordered that the Respondent, Donald R. Wilkinson, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

 

Costs taxed to Respondent.
