In re: James W. Hahn, II
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed the complete record of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and said cause having been fully briefed by the parties; and
The parties having filed a stipulation on October 27, 2006, advising that the parties do not contest the Disciplinary Hearing Panel’s decision concluding that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.4(a), 4-8.4(a), 4-8.4(d), 4-1.16(d), 4-8.1(b), 4-5.5 and 4-3.3(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and
The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct referenced above and should be disciplined.
Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that Respondent is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this State and that no petition for reinstatement shall be entertained by the Court prior to July 19, 2007.
It is further ordered that James W. Hahn, II, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
Respondent’s motion to seal filed herein is hereby overruled.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
