In re: James Anthony Schuetz, MBE No. 38567
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court finds that Respondent, James Anthony Schuetz, Missouri Bar No. 38567, violated Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.4 and 4-1.5(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
In accordance with previous disciplinary decisions of this Court, and in consideration of Respondent’s disciplinary history, the Court hereby suspends the license of James Anthony Schuetz for a period of six months, said suspension is stayed with Respondent placed on probation for a period of one year in accordance with Rule 5.225 and the terms of probation contained in the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel filed herein.
Respondent is currently suspended for failure to comply with Rule 5.245 of the Rules of Profession Conduct. The suspension with stay and probation referenced above shall be effective on the date of any reinstatement of Respondent to the practice of law if the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel includes a copy of this order in any report and recommendation regarding any reinstatement petition filed by Respondent in this Court.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
