In Re: Dale E. Lovelace, MBE #39123
ORDER
Petitioner, Dale E. Lovelace, having filed in this Court a motion to voluntarily surrender his license to practice law in this state and having stated that he does not possess his actual license and, therefore, cannot tender the same to the Clerk of this Court; and
Petitioner having previously been suspended by this Court by order dated April 28, 2006, in Supreme Court Case no. SC87629; and
Petitioner having admitted in said petition for voluntary surrender to violation of Rules 4-5.5, 4-8.4(a), 4-8.4(c) and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;
The Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation and Petitioner having filed no response;
The Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of Dale E. Lovelace be accepted and that said license be canceled.
It is further ordered that the name of Dale E. Lovelace be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that he be disbarred, and that his right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated.
It is further ordered that the said Dale E. Lovelace comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
