In re: Dennis Muller, MBE No. 15448

ORDER

Now on this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the complete record of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and the brief of Informant filed herein; and

Respondent having failed to file a brief, said cause was submitted on the brief of Informant on June 24, 2010;

The Court finds Dennis Muller, Missouri Bar No. 15448, violated Rules 4-1.4(a)(1) (communication), 4-1.15(f) (promptly paying over client funds), 4-1.16(a),(d) (improper withdrawal from representation), and 4-1.16(d) (surrendering papers) and should be disciplined.

In accordance with previous disciplinary decisions of this Court, the Court hereby reprimands Dennis Muller.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
