In Re: Susan F. Grammer

ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Susan F. Grammer, had been publicly censured pursuant to the order of the Supreme Court of Illinois in Case No. M.R. 20521, entitled In Re: Susan Freedman Grammer, issued on January 13, 2006; and

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated Rules 4-3.3(a)(1) and 4-8.4(d) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct, and

On September 26, 2006, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent did not file a response thereto; and

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Respondent, Susan F. Grammer, is hereby reprimanded.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
