ORDER



The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Benjamin Kieler, has been suspended from practice of law by the Supreme Court of Kansas pursuant to the opinion of that Court in Case No.103,493 issued on April 15, 2010;

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.4 and 4-1.7 of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and

On July 13, 2010, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and

Respondent failed to file a response to the same;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Benjamin Kieler is suspended from the practice of law and that no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of one year from the date of this order.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

It is further ordered that the Respondent, Benjamin Kieler, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
