ORDER
Now on this 23rd day of August 2010, this Court having reviewed the information and motion for interim suspension pursuant to Rule 5.23(b) filed by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel and counsel for Respondent having advised that Respondent does not object to suspension of his license pursuant to Rule 5.23(b), the Court finds that Respondent, by his own admission, is disabled due to mental and/or physical incapacity to practice law, and it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended until further order of this Court.
It is further ordered that Joseph J. Yungwirth, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
