ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel Decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the Court having previously rejected the same, and having considered Informant’s brief filed herein; Respondent having not filed a brief and said cause having been submitted on the brief of Informant on September 7, 2010;
The Court finds that Respondent, William S. England, Missouri Bar No. 37845, violated Rules 4-5.5(e), 4-8.1(c), and 4-8.4(c), of the Rules of Professional Conduct as well as Rules 6.05(c) and 15.06 and should be disciplined.
In accordance with previous disciplinary decisions of this Court, the Court hereby suspends the license of William S. England for a period of two years from the date of this order; said suspension is stayed with Respondent placed on probation for a period of two years from the date of this order in accordance with Rule 5.225.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
