In re: Frederick H. Schwetye, MBE No. 23498

ORDER

Now at this day, having seen and fully considered Petitioner’s application for reinstatement to practice law in the State of Missouri, and the report and recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel regarding the same, the Court doth order and adjudge that said application of Frederick H. Schwetye be, and the same is hereby approved and that said Frederick H. Schwetye be, and he is hereby reinstated to practice law in the State of Missouri as a member of the Missouri Bar in good standing and Petitioner is hereby placed on probation pursuant to Rule 5.225(i) until July 22, 2007. The terms of probation are set forth on pages 3 and 4 of the report of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
