ORDER

Now at this day, having seen and fully considered Petitioner’s application for reinstatement to practice law in the State of Missouri, and the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel regarding reinstatement, the Court doth order and adjudge that said application of Gerald P. Konohia, be, and the same is hereby approved and that the said Gerald P. Konohia, be, and he is hereby reinstated to practice law in the State of Missouri as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
