In re: Robert A. Cappiello, MBE No. 25833
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed an information and motion for interim suspension pursuant to Rule 5.24 advising that there is sufficient evidence to demonstrate probable cause that Respondent is guilty of multiple instances of professional misconduct by misappropriation of substantial estate funds in violation of Supreme Court Rule 4-1.15 and 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;
The Court now being fully advised of and concerning the premises, does adjudge that probable cause exists that Respondent is guilty of multiple instances of professional misconduct and Respondent poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public and to the integrity of the profession;
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Robert A. Cappiello, be, and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Rule 5.24.
Informant’s motion for expedited ruling overruled as moot.
It is further ordered that Respondent, Robert A. Cappiello, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 – Notification of clients and counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
