ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Chauncey M. Depew, has been suspended from practice of law by the Supreme Court of Kansas pursuant to the opinion of that Court in Case No. 103,061, issued on August 6, 2010;

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and

On November 3, 2010, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent filed a response to the information and motion for reciprocal discipline;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Chauncey M. Depew, is suspended from the practice of law and that no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of one year from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that the Respondent, Chauncey M. Depew, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
