ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the complete record of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and
this cause having been fully briefed and argued
The Court finds that Respondent, George Spencer Miller, Missouri Bar No. 22510, violated Rules 4-1.3 (diligence), 4-1.4 (communication), 4-1.7 (conflict of interest), and 4-1.9 (duties to former clients) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
In accordance with previous disciplinary decisions of this Court, the Court hereby suspends the license of George Spencer Miller for a period of six months from the date of this order; said suspension is stayed with Respondent placed on probation for a period of one year from the date of this order in accordance with Rule 5.225. The terms of probation are set forth in the suggestions as to conditions of probation filed by Informant on December 7, 2010, in this cause.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
