In Re: Matthew J. Moore, MBE #44939
ORDER
Petitioner, Matthew J. Moore, having filed in this Court a motion to voluntarily surrender his license to practice law in this state and having tendered his license with the same; and
Petitioner having no record of any disciplinary actions and no record of any allegations of misconduct has petitioned this Court to voluntarily surrender his law license for personal reasons;
The Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation and Petitioner having filed no response;
The Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of Matthew J. Moore be accepted and that said license be canceled.
It is further ordered that the name of Matthew J. Moore be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that he be disbarred, and that his right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated.
It is further ordered that the said Matthew J. Moore comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
