ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises after this cause was fully briefed and argued by the parties, the Court does find that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.4(a), 4-1.15(b), 4-1.16(a)(1), 4-5.5(b), 4-7.3(b), 4-8.1(b), and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and Rule 6.05(c) and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Mindy J. Morse, is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of twelve months from the date of this order. The suspension is stayed, and Respondent, Mindy J. Morse, is placed on probation as provided in Rule 5.225. The probation is for a period of eighteen months from the date of this order. The conditions of probation shall be those specified in Rule 5.225 and the conditions set forth on pages 9 and 10 of Exhibit B entitled “Joint Full Stipulation of Facts, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation for Discipline” filed on June 17, 2010, in the above-entitled cause.
Fee of $1,000.00 pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) assessed against Respondent payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
