ORDER
Now on this 11th day of February, 2011, this Court having reviewed the information filed herein on February 7, 2011, and finding that there is probable cause to believe that Respondent has committed professional misconduct and is unable to competently represent the interests of Respondent’s clients, and further finding that the Respondent poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public, it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended on an interim basis from the practice of law. Said suspension is to remain in place until further order of this Court.
It is further ordered that Shane Ames McGoogan, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
