ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, the parties having filed a joint stipulation of concurrence with the findings and decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel; and

The Court having considered both the aggravating and mitigating circumstances;

The Court finds that the Respondent violated Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4, and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by this Court that Respondent, Dennis E. Dibler, be and he is hereby reprimanded.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
