In re: James F. Stanley, MBE No. 31779
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court that Respondent, James F. Stanley, was disbarred by the Supreme Court of Kansas pursuant to the order of that Court in Case No. 10-380-D, issued on September 22, 2010;
Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated Rules 4-1.1,4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-1.5, 4-1.8 and 4-8.4 of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and
On March 11, 2011, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent failed to file a response and is in default;
The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said James F. Stanley, be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that the said James F. Stanley, comply in all respects with 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
