In re: Richard L. Turner, MBE No. 17946
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed the complete record of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel. The parties filed a joint motion for leave to file a stipulation of partial concurrence and proposed amendment to the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel which was filed and sustained on December 20, 2006.
Now being fully advised, the Court finds that Richard L. Turner violated Rules 4-1.15, 4-1.16(d), 4-4.5(1), 4-4.5(3) and 4-7.5(f) of the Rules of Professional Conduct as found in paragraphs 47, 48, 49, and 50 of the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel;
After carefully considering the matter of the proper discipline, the Court orders that Richard L. Turner’s license to practice law is suspended and, pursuant to Rule 5.225, the suspension is stayed, and Richard L. Turner is placed on probation from the date of this order through July 29, 2007. The conditions of probation are set forth in sub-paragraphs a, b, c, and d of page 10 of the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel and shall include any other probation requirements set forth in Rule 5.225.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
