In Re: Samuel Price Logan, MBE #41159
ORDER
Petitioner, Samuel Price Logan, having filed in this Court a petition to voluntarily surrender his license to practice law in this state and having tendered his license to the Clerk of this Court; and
Petitioner having pled guilty in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, Case No. 10-20106-FJG/SWH to violation of 18 U.S.C. Section 2422(b), and
Said conduct is a violation of Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and
The Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s recommendation filed herein and
Petitioner having tendered no response to the same;
The Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of Samuel Price Logan be accepted and that said license be canceled.
It is further ordered that the name of Samuel Price Logan be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that he be disbarred, and that his right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated.
It is further ordered that the said Samuel Price Logan comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
