ORDER

 

Now on this day, the Court having considered the information and motion for discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) and Respondent’s answer filed on this date, the Court finds that Respondent, Stephen A. Jenkins, Missouri Bar Number 45455, violated Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct by committing criminal acts that reflect adversely on a lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer;

 

The Court further finds that such violation requires discipline.

 

In accordance with previous decisions of this Court, the Court hereby suspends Stephen A. Jenkins from the practice of law for an indefinite period of time with no leave to apply for reinstatement for a period of six months from the date of this order.

 

It is further ordered that Respondent, Stephen A. Jenkins, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

 

Costs taxed to Respondent.
