ORDER
Now on this day, the Court having considered the statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision pursuant to Rule 5.19(c), the court find that Respondent, J. Patrick Winning, Missouri Bar Number 27050, violated Rules 4-1.15(c) and (d) by commingling personal funds and client funds in the Trust Account, thus failing to hold property of clients or third persons separate from his own property and by failing to maintain complete and accurate recordkeeping of his client Trust Account violated Rule 4-1.6 on confidentiality between an attorney and his client when he ran his clients' credit card payments through a different attorney's account, and violated Rule 4-8.1 by failing to comply with reasonable requests for information by the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel. In accordance with previous decision of this Court, Respondent is reprimanded.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
