In re: Adrienne Gay Gottlieb, MBE No. 21858

ORDER

Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in this State with the suspension stayed and Respondent was placed on probation pursuant to the order of this Court dated September 28, 2004. Informant filed a motion for show cause order why probation should not be revoked on October 27, 2006. This Court issued a show cause order to Respondent on that date Respondent failed to file a response to said show cause order.

The Court finds that Respondent’s probation should be revoked for failure to comply with the terms of said probation.

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that Respondent’s probation is hereby revoked and Respondent is suspended from the practice of law in this State and that no application for reinstatement shall be entertained for a period of two years from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that the said Adrienne Gay Gottlieb, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
