In re: Ronald K. Barker, MBE No. 25233
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and said cause having been fully briefed and argued, the Court does find that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.15 and 4-8.4 of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Ronald Kay Barker be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri be canceled, and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that the said Ronald Kay Barker comply in all respects with 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
A fee of $2,000.00 pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) is assessed against Respondent payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
