ORDER

WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) informing the Court that Respondent, Bruce W. Simon, having
previously been suspended pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 5.245 and 15.06(f), was found guilty of four felony counts of failure to file or pay a Missouri State income tax return and one felony count of passing a bad check in Jackson County Circuit Court Case No. 0716-CR02033-01 entitled State of Missouri Plaintiff, vs. Bruce W. Simon, Defendant, and said convictions are now final;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Bruce W. Simon, be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Bruce W. Simon comply in all respects with 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
