Note: James Roswold's probation terminated April 19, 2013, by order of this Court.


ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and this cause having been fully briefed and argued by the parties, the Court does find that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-1.5(c), 4-5.1(a), 4-5.1(c)(2) and 4-8.4(a) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, James Michael Roswold is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of six months from the date of this order. Said suspension is hereby stayed and Respondent placed on probation for a period of one year from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be that Respondent engage in no further violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 6 or Rule 15.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
